We have a properly structured team and clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in place to ensure compliance. To maintain high standards and mitigate risks, we conduct timely checks at a minimum of three layers:
- First layer involves operational-level reviews by individual process owners to ensure day-to-day activities strictly follow SOPs.
- Second layer consists of dedicated compliance team audits that verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory and intercompany policies.
- Third layer is a review by senior management, providing oversight and ensuring corrective actions are implemented timely.
